KUTULU in collaboration with artist Tuba Yalçınkaya presents their first Artist Box inspired Landscape Drawing Workshop at Hoxton Cabin!
About
Moderated by artist Tuba Yalçınkaya this workshop aims to find out the hidden artistic talent in each participant. We'll start by exploring various drawing tools such as charcoal, pencil, eraser, brush, sponge and tortillon. We will then practice making patterns using the tools provided as we create a haunting landscape with simple techniques.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All tools will be provided by KUTULU, the participants don't need to bring any materials or tools but we encourage everyone to bring landscape photography or image they cherish to guide their drawings during the workshop.

Tuba Yalcinkaya is a visual artist originally from Istanbul. Her practice encompasses drawing, collage, photography, installation and ceramics. After finishing her MA in visual arts, she taught various courses in arts and design at the university level. Her works have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Turkey, UK and Germany. She is based in London since 2017 and organised art workshops in events such as Hackney Wicked Festival and London Illustration Fair.
