Land Sea Sky presents a diverse selection of paintings from the collection with a particular focus on rural and coastal landscapes. Highlights include a stunning selection of works bequeathed to Hampshire County Council by artist Nick Schlee, seascapes from internationally renowned artist Richard Eurich, a series of Hampshire landscapes by artist Annabel Gault and work from a range of Hampshire based artists. Collectively, the exhibition explores the wide range of creative approaches by artists fascinated by re-interpreting and re-presenting the landscape. Extending this theme, local writers have responded to the works and their pieces will be presented in the gallery.
