An exhibition of prints and paintings to celebrate and inspire runners over any distance. Nick Efstathiou is a keen runner himself and enjoys encouraging others to admire or participate at any level.
About
Nick Efstathiou's debut exhibition at the Graham Hunter Gallery “Keep on Running”.
Nick Efstathiou is an artist, designer and founder of Running Paint, where he combines his artistic skills with his love of long-distance running. He says that
"The aim of Running Paint is to capture the movement of running and express it in inspirational art and text. "I created Running Paint, a business to inspire people to run whilst raising money for my running charities. What draws me to long distance running isn’t to be the fittest or the best but to reach my goals and overcome doubt. I believe anyone can exercise and I wish to inspire you and others through my art, to take to the streets, parks, mountains, and running tracks."
So, why not pick up a painting or print, hang it on your wall and be inspired to pull on your trainers and run your journey, your own way, whatever that might be.
