About
New York-based multidisciplinary artist Julie Harrison cuts, combines, pastes and draws into found and re-photographed images of bacterial and viral particles, organs, brain activity and her own abstractions; they overlap and float in space. She frames and rearranges them in disorienting ways and plays with the idea that these life-forms might combine and form relationships with one another.
