Printmaker in Focus exhibitions are housed in our temporary home, SIOP//SHOP, on Chester Street. These printmaking showcases will provide a focus for regular exhibition visitors and include work by some of the best artists working in this field.
About
For the third iteration of Printmaker in Focus, Oriel Wrecsam presents the print works of John Abell.
John Abell is an artist and writer based in Cardiff. Although most identifiable by his large scale woodcut prints, he also explores the sculptural and painterly potential of print. As well as his practise as a fine artist, he also produces artist books and is currently writing his debut graphic novel.
