About

This changing exhibition from the Museum's Fine Art Collection includes an exciting selection of work, ranging from large oil paintings to smaller detailed studies and watercolours; from classical themes and styles to less traditional approaches. The exhibition includes two recently acquired paintings by Sir Luke Fildes and Henry Woods; purchased with the aid of the Art Fund. Other artists featured in the exhibition include George Sheffield, Oswald Garside, Walter Langley and E. F. Brewtnall.
