After a hiatus in our Inspiration Series, Sarabande reignites inspiration through our first talk of the year with award-winning filmmaker, artist and photographer Sam Taylor Johnson OBE in conversation with distinguished art critic and filmmaker Waldemar Januszczak.
With a myrid of accolades under her belt, Sam Taylor Johnson OBE is a figure to admire for filmmakers, artists and all that lie inbetween. From directing the BAFTA, Palme d’Or nominated and Sundance-winning short film ‘LOVE YOU MORE’ to breaking records -Sam Taylor Johnson is definitely an MVP in the film industry.
As an artist she has exhibited at the Guggenheim, The Hirshhorn Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney, Museum of Contemporary Art Houston and Walker Art Center Minneapolis among many other prestigious museums.
Joining in this conversation is Waldemar Januszczak, one of the most distinguished art critics in Britain. Waldemar writes for The Sunday Times and has been awarded the Critic of the Year award… twice.!

A designated route will be in place with clear two metre markings on the floor within the large, open exhibition space. Clear signage will remind people to stick to the route.
