About
Meeting at Southwark station at 11am, we visit the site of Wollstonecraft's house, the place where she penned a Vindications of Rights of Men, and started her more infamous Vindication of the Rights of Women. We then head north to explore the links between radical publication and non-conformism as we inspiral towards the Polygon at Euston, passing through the ghost visions of Emmanuel Swedenborg’s Cityscape.
This walk is part of the InspiralLondon 2017 Festival, (12-15 October 2017), celebrating the completion of the 300-mile Inspiral trail with walks, performances, workshops, installations and more between central London and Gravesend.
