A panel of experts will discuss the long term effects of this policy and offer practical strategies for artists. Ӣ Have you needed to adapt to changes in technology and teach yourself new skills? Ӣ Have you wanted to learn traditional skills but been unable to find a course? Ӣ Have you been frustrated by the lack of workshop facilities?
