Experiment with collage and colour. Bring along a piece of text, an image or a favourite colour, or play with the variety of materials provided.
About
These monthly activity sessions are led by artists and take place in the Spike Café. Visitors of all ages and abilities can try out new techniques and approaches to making art, from drawing and painting to collage, sculpture and animation and are invited to drop in any time during the session.
Angela Baum
Angela Baum is a painter living and working in Bristol. Her work is largely abstract and has been included in Best of British Painting at Royal West of England Academy of Art, Bristol (2002) and Rites of Passage at the Whitworth Art Gallery, Manchester (2000). Baum frequently collaborates with other artists, including on the Making and Painting group exhibitions at the Guild, Bristol (2008, 2010 and 2012). Her work is included in numerous public collections.
