You will also receive tasks to work on in your own time.
Drawing is fun and the best part is that you can do it anywhere just as long as you have paper and something to draw with!
Who is this course for?
- This online course is for anyone who wants to learn the basic skills of drawing a face
- and for anyone who has already skills, but never learned drawing techniques.

No prior knowledge is needed, just the desire to learn.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
› EVELINE VAN DE GRIEND lives and works in The Netherlands and Berlin, Germany.
Van de Griend grew up in Africa, England, The Netherlands and Russia and studied drawing, painting and sculpture at the Royal Art Academy for Art and Design in The Netherlands.
After her graduation she was appointed as a professor and taught at various Art Academies in The Netherlands. She gave lectures internationally, and was an artist-in-residence in France, Italy, Germany and South Africa. In Pietrasanta, Italy she studied the classical technique of carving in marble. Recently Van de Griend founded Draw Berlin and is a professor at the ESDIP, art school in Berlin.
Eveline van de Griend was appointed a jury member of large exhibitions and in 2018 initiated the international exhibition ‘Neue Heimat’ together with curator Sarie Nijboer. In 2019 she had her Museum solo show titled ‘Reincarnation of Hieronymus Bosch?’ Currently Van de Griend is working on a new series of large oil paintings that reflect on modern day topics with a colorful surrealistic twist.
