Garfield has created a multi-sensory experience called 'GAH! FreeToBeYou' that aims to trigger positive emotions within the viewer. The experience involves: seeing, smelling, touching, thinking, and feeling.

Central to the experience is 'The Symbol of GAH!' a visual aesthetic that represents good thoughts - good words - good actions.

Techniques from Mindfulness meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are used to verbally guide the viewers interactions to create good thoughts - good feelings - good actions.
