Futur.Shock presents their new experimental programme, Futur.Shock Live. An evening of sonic, audiovisual, experimental excursions.

About

This exciting edition takes a darker, bass-heavy path as we present 5 acts operating on the edge of bleak/beautiful sonic boundaries.

We have none other than Mick Harris, the original drummer from Napalm Death, operating under his solo alias SCORN, bringing new levels of low-frequency intensity. Accompanying SCORN on visual duties is Combat Recording's Stormfield, improvising custom-made murky sickly-polychromatic optics.

Switching things to a faster, polyrhythmic tempo will be UKAEA, delivering their tribal, scorched-earth dystopian future vision that resonates with current times more than ever. The set will feature live improvisational string work from the Avant / classical violinist Agathe Max.

We are also fortunate to have a rare and powerful solo performance by the Avant-viola-voice improvisationist and multidisciplinary artist Luxul as she returns to London from Canada.

We witness a new collaboration between our very own multidisciplinary artist Karolina Magnusson-Murray and electronic improvisationist and audiovisual-ist SWARMM.

Tying up the evening will be Proteus, spinning experimental electronics, underground soundscapes, industrial and visceral beautiful noise.
