This series of workshops will be an exploration of material, movement and learning to feel freer in your practice.
About
In this first workshop we will learn to feel comfortable working with a variety of different materials and explore a number of directions in which to take your practice.
We will facilitate different exercises where you will experiment with transformation and alchemy, dispel myths and misconceptions about making art and build confidence in your practice. We will investigate how visual artists turn this exploration into bodies of work.
These workshops are accessible to all, regardless of your artistic ability. They will help artists who are feeling stuck in their practice and for those who have never made art before.
Teas and coffees will be available for a break in the middle of the session but please feel free to bring snacks.
There are 15 places available so book early to avoid disappointment!
