About
Eight designers have each been invited to make an installation in the gallery. Rather than this simply being a display from the participant's recent and future collections, this is an opportunity for the selected designers to show how they think, and how they work. The work included ranges from the sculptural to the radical, the photographic to the wearable.
Expect displays of clothes, art-works, images, drawings, visual references and accessories, all linked by a dynamic creative spirit, free and alternative thinking and a grand sense of style.

A Child of the Jago is the brainchild of Joe Corre and Barnzley, whose groundbreaking store is based at 10 Great Eastern Street, London EC2. For the exhibition, the label will present a themed environment, including backdrops, clothing, accessories and props, styled by fashion legend Judy Blame.
Designers, Paul Bernstock & Thelma Speirs, established hat brand, Bernstock Speirs, in 1982. They boldly mix the craft of traditional hat making with the contemporary. For this exhibition they will present 100 of their wonderful baseball caps, made in collaboration with Peter Jensen.
Boudicca is a groundbreaking fashion label that strives to see a future where clothes are worn to express the wearer's feelings and emotion. Not clothes as escapism, but of expression. For this exhibition they present two works a sculptural âsketch' for a garment, created from found objects and piano wire, and a unique image, exploring the body, clothing and light.
Andrea Cammarosano is an Italian Stallion. He trained in Antwerp, at Walter Van Beirendonck's studio where he still works, and his creations span from sculptural designs to daring and fun garments. Andrea is a conceptual guy, but also likes to have fun. For this exhibition he will show a range of unique body casts, with bespoke leather wear and print garments.
Factoria Rent Me, was founded in Barcelona in 2008. It was created immediately following a video art and fashion project, where a critique was held on the sale of images, identification with real people and how the big commercial brands sell their brands. Factoria Rent Me's philosophy is to join fashion with art; derived from the idea that fashion has the aptitude to create sensations just as art does. For this show, they have made a new video piece that sums up the gothick look of their new collection. This will be shown alongside garments from the range.
Sian Hoffman's corsetry covers a crossover between underwear and outerwear. Her cutting-edge fashion pieces take inspiration from Victorian brothel attire, Art Deco, vintage foundation wear, show girl, classic fetish items, all made into perfectly tailored corsetry. Her corsets are feminine but sculptural and extend the boundaries of contemporary tailoring.
Omar Kashoura's brand's aim is to be progressive whilst influencing the way men will dress, and has firmly established its signature look with that of the modern gentleman's, with its sharp cuts, unique finishing, and trademark details.
KCTV is the website and brain child of makeup artist Kenny Campbell and original club kid turned international DJ TATU. KCTV are renown for their amazing fashion stories, featuring amazing models and personalities, and fashion forward hair and makeup. For this exhibition KCTV will select their favourite stories from the site and show them on a constant loop. The loop will include an amazing new film; a collaboration between Campbell and artist Nelson Santos.
