A60 proposes within the spaces of the Florence Gallery the exhibition FLOWERS with works by Andrea Bertoletti and André Castinel.

About

Two different worlds confront each other on the occasion of this appointment. André Castinel (1934 - 2021) is a French artist who lived painting in the life of color: the figures within his paintings do not leave the observer indifferent. They impose themselves through color and ancestral lyricism. The body of his painting is alive, fiery, enveloping. The painting within the exhibition FLOWERS does not give up the figure, the face but imposes itself by the presence of a floral element placed in the center of the scene: it is a poetic invitation. The works of Andrea Bertoletti (1991) narrate the space and forms of nature in a completely different way: unlike Castinel's sensual matter, Bertoletti invents a new painting without the painting itself. His works have a light, impalpable touch; they are shadows and lights that fix the movement of nature with a particular breath, dense with poetry and dreamy matter.
