The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a nationally-recognised set of guidelines for anyone looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing. This Festival is an opportunity to find out more about them, and how you can try them in your everyday life and local community.
The day will include performances, stalls from local organisations, activities, talks, walks and workshops.
Try Connecting with Card-Making, Take Notice in Soundscape Exploration, or learn to ReUse Arts and Crafts to make a Keepsake Box with Peckham's Work and Play Scrapstore. Pratice your smartphone skills on a Photography tour of Elephant and Castle, or therapeutic Colouring In with Camberwell Arts.
