This year marks the last MA Fine Art exhibition at the University of Portsmouth as the course sadly comes to an end. The final six MA students are exhibiting at Action Stations inside the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth.
The artists have been inspired by subjects as diverse as liminality, action ritualization, mindfulness, memory, possessions, anxiety, imagination, doodling, masquerade and cross dressing women, time and colour.
The exhibitors are made up of six students of differing ages and nationalities and tutor, Ken Devine, who was invited to exhibit alongside the students to mark the last fine art exhibition at the university.
Visit the MA Fine Art Crowd funding page for a chance to get a sneak peek of the exhibition before the opening and to win a piece of work by the artists. "Putting on a large exhibition in such a historic location is expensive and we would appreciate your support, no matter how small – it will all go towards making this a fantastic celebration of art in Portsmouth." says the MA Fine Art students.
