“EU & I” is a collaborative exhibition showing several artists’ interpretations of the EU referendum and its outcome. It is the second showcase, and follow up to a successful first one, organised by Nora Haverkamp and Flore Diamant.
About
8 artists from different corners of the creative industries as well as the EU (Germany, France, Italy, UK) have been asked to interpret a phrase directly linked to the referendum in their specific art form. Based on the phrases used by the remain-campaigners prior to the referendum the phrase was: “EU’re the one that I want.”
How the artists chose to interpret the phrase was left completely up to them. We wanted to offer a creative platform for artists to express their feelings and thoughts about it in a collaborative project.
