People who have saved this event:

This will be a last chance to see 'Three Floors Down: In the Studio', and visit the working studio of our Artist in Residence, Susan Sluglett, before her residency ends.

Sluglett was selected to work from a studio in one half of the Gallery space for three months, making new work inspired by A David Bomberg Legacy – The Sarah Rose Collection and its context. In particular, Sluglett has been taking inspiration from a display of works hung in the other half of the Gallery space, selected in collaboration with Borough Road Gallery at the start of her residency. This late opening is an opportunity to see works in progress and explore Sluglett’s studio, ahead of an exhibition of works stemming from the residency, which will open in Spring 2015.

This event is part of South London Art Map’s ‘SLAM Fridays’. SLAM Fridays is a monthly late-night opening of galleries in south London, on the last Friday of the month.
