after her mother Winifred passed away, emerging artist Annie Nichols was influenced to produce her light and sound piece
the handwritten recipe for a victoria sponge cake - resulting in this most striking memento mori
three years in the making, Central St Martins Fine Art BA graduate Nichols created this work assisted by Noizonic
through kinetic recording the floor displays the mapping of how the cake was made
