Dust and Mud

In his first solo exhibition, Krzysztof Brudlo presents Dust and Mud, a series of pictures that will be shown in Edinburgh's TotalKunst Gallery. Taken in one of Europe's biggest free open-air music festivals, the award-winning pictures portray the ecstasy and abandonment of bodies in motion. The exhibition is divided in two and consists of six black and white and six colour images. The black and white pictures conform Mud, a set depicting highly dynamic sculptural portraits, and the colour images form Dust, diffused landscapes where countless expressions transcend the personal and take form of a collective phenomenon. Krzysztof Brudlo has successfully exhibited and taken part in various competitions throughout Poland and the UK, and his pictures have been published by The British Journal of Photography and the Association of Photographers.
