On 22nd November St. Paul's Gallery in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter will be showing the award winning art of David Barrow RA. With the wonderful sounds of Northern Soul Music echoing through the gallery, the nostalgia of the era of Wigan Casino and all it represented depicted in the work of this accomplished artist will culminate in an exciting exhibition of a time and era that will live on forever.
