A group exhibition featuring Charlotte Edey, Emma Talbot and Gosia Walton curated by Martha May Ronson
The title of the exhibition refers to a Dark Night of the Soul, which comes from a poem written in the 16th Century by St John of the Cross, a Spanish mystic and poet. The poem describes a spiritual crisis in the journey toward union with the divine. Dark Night of a Soul is a term since coined to describe this journey and is used to this day. The group exhibition explores themes, feelings and emotions occurred during the experience of a Dark Night Of The Soul.
