This year's programme encompasses open studio and gallery events at the art charity's sites in both East and South London. Exhibitions showcasing work by Bow Arts' diverse studio community are taking place at The Nunnery in Bow. The exhibitions (entitled Connection Point London E3 have been curated by Edward Lucie Smith and Max Presneill. The events kick off with an open studio party and the preview of Connection Point London E3 on the evening of Friday 17th June (6-11pm). Friday 17 June 2011, 6-11pm Bow Arts Open Studios Party Bow Arts, 181-183 Bow Road, London E3 2SJ Over 100 artists from Bow Arts will open studios their studios to the public. There will also be live music from Balabustah, Thai food and a bar in the courtyard. Friday 17 June, 6-9pm Connection Point London: E3 — Private View The Nunnery, 181 Bow Road, London E3 2SJ The private view of Bow Arts annual exhibition, this year curated by Edward Lucie Smith and Max Presniell. The show features work from 15 Bow Arts artists whose work include painting, sculpture, photography and video.
