Tommaso Corvi-Mora is pleased to present an exhibition of new work by Colter Jacobsen, his fourth at the gallery.
About
The exhibition will include a group of new works on paper, all connected by a common reference to water. The works are on found paper and framed in found frames: Colter Jacobsen has consistently been interested in using found paper for his drawings as a way to preserve the memory of each sheet, adding another layer of narrative to the work. Peculiar to his work is a dream-like atmosphere, a sense of suspension that brings together the most diverse elements and subjects.
