Artist’s collaboration Cleave is transforming used household fabrics into new forms as part of the A.P.T Gallery August Collectives 2019 programme.
About
Cleave’s work takes the history ingrained into textiles to create new connections between people and in the process discover fresh ways to collaborate. Visitors can visit throughout the week and be part of the artistic exploration.
Cleave artists forming the group are Cash Aspeek, Karen Byrne and Anno Mitchell.
Cleave forms week one of the month long A.P.T August Collectives. The programme is curated by APT artist-member Lulu Cottell and supported by APT Projects - a funded programme enabling artists to develop their artistic practice within APT Gallery and Studios.
