Clare Haward NEAC - Recent works

About

Clare is an established figurative painter based in South London and has recently been elected as a member of the prestigious New English Art Club. Her studies at the Jerusalem Studio School developed the unique sense of colour and perception in her paintings and drawings.  Whilst her work is representational they possess abstract qualities, and her still life works hold a sense of movement. These opposing ideas create a tension that engages the viewer.

Clare will be showing a number of recent studio works exploring new themes, plus landscapes from a summer residency in Ireland.

Clare is a current recipent of the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Award.
