About

Since 2005 Charles Avery has devoted all his time to an ongoing project entitled The Islanders: a fictional world he creates using drawings, sculptures, installations and text. Each episode is exhibited separately, the second part, a five-meter long drawing depicting the port of Onomatopoeia, the town, and gateway to the Island, was recently on show at Pilar Corrias Gallery.
