Join Chris Moore himself, with award-winning fashion critic and author Alexander Fury and Professor Iain R Webb, for insights into our Catwalking exhibition and the stories behind it.

About

Hear about the most memorable moments in the history of the catwalk from those who have witnessed them first hand. Chaired by Linda Watson, Reader in Fashion at Northumbria University. There will also be an opportunity to have the CATWALKING book signed.

Alexander Fury is a fashion journalist, author and critic. He is the Fashion Features Director of AnOther magazine, and the Men's Critic of the Financial Times. He was the first Chief Fashion Correspondent at T: The New York Times Style Magazine.

Iain R Webb is Professor of Fashion and Design at Kingston School of Art, associate lecturer at Central Saint Martins and The Royal College of Art and acts as creative consultant at the Fashion Museum, Bath.


Linda Watson is the author of best-selling book Vogue Twentieth Century Fashion and currently Reader in Fashion at Northumbria University.  Following her first job assisting Vivienne Westwood she was a Fashion Writer at British Vogue.  Watson has contributed to many publications including The Sunday Times and The Independent.
