The Cambridge Drawing Society's annual autumn art exhibition 2021

About

The Cambridge Drawing Society's annual autumn art exhibition 2021 will be held in the Pitt Building in Trumpington Street, (opposite Fitzbillies) Cambridge, in two splendid well-lit rooms from Saturday 23rd to Saturday 30th October, and will be open every day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. including Sunday.

Admission Free.  On display will be original artwork by members of the Society - drawings, paintings, prints and sculptures - and the majority of the artworks will be for sale.

The Cambridge Drawing Society is a group of about 150 artists in the Cambridge area.  The Society normally holds two annual exhibitions in Spring and Autumn to show the work of its members.

The society may be one of the oldest exhibiting art societies in the UK, having been founded in 1882. Despite its name, as well as drawings, it shows a wide range of paintings, mixed media, batik, sculpture and limited edition prints.

Membership is limited to artists living within a 30 mile radius of Great St Mary’s, Cambridge.  For details of joining as a member or as a friend, see the website.
