Amy Beager is a multidisciplinary artist specialising in fashion portraits and illustrations. Working with mixed media approaches to drawing and painting her muses are female icons or glimpses of models interpreted in her own expressive style. Inspired by the constant stream of images that flash before us on social media and aspects of self-reflection of Amy Beager's life, thoughts and emotions, her works have a personal connection to feelings, identity and strength. Capturing a look, an expression or attitude through emotive paint application and confident, fluid brushwork her portraits are a confrontational depiction of beauty & glamour.
