About
With a historical distance of 30 years, the fashion graphics of the GDR for the first time an exhibition dedicated.On the basis of carefully selected original drawings, it shows the development of fashion graphics in the GDR with reference to its social and productive framework conditions as well as the diversity of manuscripts of fashion designers. A large part of them were trained in Berlin at the College for Clothing or the Kunsthochschule Weißensee and later worked in the fashion institute of the GDR, the magazine Sibylle or the VHB Exquisit.
