Artworks Open 2016 - Paul Johnson hands over to Florence Peake this year who joins Jonathan Baldock to select the show.
About
Now in it's eight year the show continues to develop under the jurisdiction of the selectors each year. Each artist selector has a two year tenure in which, in their second year, they invite an artist to join them in the section process.
Pasts selectors have included Charlotte Hodes, Timothy Hyman, Graham Crowley, Kiera Bennett, Reece Jones, David Kefford, Paul Johnson.
The selectors currently award the following prizes:£1,000, £500, 2 Solo Shows and two six week residencies.
The prizewinners last year were Justin Fitzpatrick, Aisha Christison, Alex Simpson, Murray Anderson.
