The exhibition “Roots & Routes” is a combination of textile based work, using fabric, thread, paper, paint, print and stitch. All the work to be exhibited has been created over the past year to look at the route of Magdalen Street.

The exhibition “Roots & Routes” is a combination of textile based work, using fabric, thread, paper, paint, print and stitch. All the work to be exhibited has been created over the past year to look at the route of Magdalen Street . Each artist has used a different place along the street to depict in stitch along with a selection of cards, books and bags which are all connected to the theme.
