Be part of a UK-wide network of galleries, artists' studios and independent cinemas for a simultaneous first screening of Art Party, a new collaborative film by Tim Newton and Bob and Roberta Smith.

About

Part documentary, road movie and political fantasy, this artist film captures the spirit of the 2013 Scarborough conference, championing the importance of art and its place in education and modern politics. Make a night of it — come early for the free East Sussex Open Curator's talk at 5pm, have an artist-led tour around Towner with Blue Monkey Network at 6pm and then extend the arty celebrations post-screening with music and bar 'til 11pm.
