People who have saved this event:

A Sale of Your Surplus and Spare Art.

Are you storing any artwork in your attic, under the stairs or tucked away in a corner? Perhaps you have a delicate etching, an abstract assemblage, or maybe even a whole collection of fascinating works which deserve appreciation?  On the other hand, you might be a buyer and in the market for that particular piece which is missing from your wall, something to round off your meticulously imagined interior, be it modern or traditional.

Whether you are upsizing or downsizing The Square Gallery London’s first ‘Art in the Attic Sale’ is the ideal platform for both selling and buying art to match your lifestyle. For a small listing fee and commission we will take your surplus art and display it in our white-walled gallery space just next to Battersea Square. All work will be for sale at a guide price entirely determined by the seller, and every sensible offer will be considered.

As a gallery we are committed to exhibiting high quality art; we know masterpieces go in to the big auction houses, but this is an opportunity for anyone who thinks they’re in possession of something worth seeing, but may no longer have the wall space. Likewise, if you’re an artist with an overflowing studio, you’re equally welcome to offer your work for sale through our platform.

The emphasis here is on affordability and diversity; we are happy to take all kinds of work for the Art in the Attic Sale, both 2 and 3-dimensional. All you have to do to enter your piece is contact us before February 20th giving images and dimensions.  We don’t want to display anything likely to cross the line from ‘artistic’ to ‘offensive’.

If you’re looking to find that missing piece at an affordable price, the first Art in the Attic Sale’ will take place between Thursday 2nd and Thursday 9th March 2017
