Art Connect is a series of panel discussions, screenings and live performances which will complement our exhibition programme. The first event of the inaugural June 2012 programme, presents the work of Lucy Azubuike, Amarachi Okafor and Victoria Udondian, Nigerian artists currently exhibiting in We Face Forward, a season of contemporary art and music from West Africa, in Manchester. The artists will discuss their work in relation to Nigeria's art scene and within the context of an African and global society. The programme will be moderated by international curator Gabriela Salgado.
