About

ART & AIDS: Alegria features artwork created by GMHC clients living with HIV and AIDS. The artworks, created in a variety of media, are the product of weekly therapeutic art classes run by GMHC’s Nutrition, Meals & Wellness Center and independent artists who take advantage of the services provided by the agency. Artwork will be available for purchase online at gmhc.org. Proceeds go directly to the artists, allowing them to increase their financial independence, which is particularly important for those who live on a limited income.
