What would you stand up for to make the world a better place?
What movements would you make to stay awake and survive?
Take part in a free, 3 day empowering workshop for families and young people this August.
About
Anton Mirto‘s The Army is a call to families and young people to be brave in an age that promotes fear, by working together and empowering each other.
Conceived in 2016 as a desire to stand up, stay awake and survive, The Armysees participants practice fearlessness and strength, through stylised marching drills and audible rhythmic breath.
Interested participants must commit to viewing a 20 minute performance piece, followed by 3 workshops sessions.
Thursday 2 August: view performance piece at 6pm or 8pm
Workshops
Friday 3 August: 2-4.30pm
Saturday 4 August: 2-4.30pm
Sunday 5 August: 2-4.30pm
The Army is open to 8-13 year olds accompanied by an adult.
