Amy uses a combination of digital and analogue photographic processes to create artworks surrounding both the historical and contemporary Lake District landscape.
About
Inspired by Romanticism, combined with a fascination for light and the sublime, her work transforms through dramatic and dreamlike shadows to create timeless images. Amy also incorporates sculpture into her photography, using materials such as resin, to construct her own representations of the Lake District, experimenting with scale by producing larger shadow projections or giving life to smaller details.
