Look out of the window of Bernie’s Chocolate Bar and you’ll see the shining Margate sands, the sea and across the harbour the Turner Contemporary. Inside, for the whole month of October, the walls will be filled with work by two artists: Julie Caves and H Locke. The exhibition will include over 30 paintings, drawings and prints.
