About
Lynn Ward is based in Wensleydale, North Yorkshire. Her work being inspired mostly by the dales landscapes which surround her, although her subjects may vary from barns to boats and maybe even a few flowers.
Lynn’s artwork is usually focused on contrasts such as a stormy sky against the brightness of a freshly cut field. Lynn’s style is quite painterly, using mostly acrylic and oil and if the weather allows painting outside is something she loves.
