"Art is nothing but an imitation of nature"
85° is the upcoming solo exhibition at Blond & Blond Contemporary from the artists Manolo Ty. Ty travelled throughout the world visiting no less than 85 different countries and bringing to this exhibition a single image from each. This culminates in not only a visual travel log but also a visual snapshot of many different cultures, people and events the world over all brought together in one space at one time. The effect of this is to show from the eye of the artist the whole world as it stands today.
