Harnessing the beauty of nature and environment to highlight our complacency towards our planet with the hope of inspiring us take active steps to be kinder to the Earth and live more consciously.
We will hear from :

2)Tanya Houghton - Environmental Artist -www.tanyahoughton.com
Tanya is a social documentary photographer and artist based in London.
"Tanya's current practice focuses on themes of ecology and sustainability, centred around the landscape, food and memory. "
3) Enya Lachman-Curl,Environmental Artist - www.enyalachmancurl.co.uk
Enya’s artistic practice is rooted in composition, form, and colour; she creates oil paintings that sit between stillness and visual density, drawing connections between seemingly differing threads of the same conversation.
Gathering fragments of our environment, like a gardener or an obsessed lover, Lachman-Curl aspires to communicate a sensual intimacy in her work, using paint’s elusive fluid quality to capture a feeling of transience.
Our sessions are speaker led events run in a Series of Seven. Summer 19 will focus on Sustainability & the Environment.
Hearing from people who are passionate about our planet and in their unique way taking active steps to confront the sustainability crisis. Our expert speakers will share actions that will inspire us with a positive approach and improve our present and future lives & businesses
We will hear from boundary breaking people who are doing incredible things for Sustainability & the Environment. Looking at 7 topics including Environment & Activism, Sustainable Business, Sustainable Fashion, Green Tech, Environmental Media & Art and the Sustainable Food Chain.
It will take place at the Curtain Hotel in Shoreditch www.thecurtain.com
After the session we will all stay on to chat & share with fellow 7Sessioners where drinks will be available from the bar. Food will be available separately from the hotel restaurant.
