Nine artists, chosen with serendipity, were asked to submit 2each. Liz Collini; Kiki Machado; Lara Harwood; Liz Brown; Chiharu Kaido, Jasia Szerszynska; Mary Yazhari; Edwige Bernanoce and Richard Watkins are all part of a show exploding with colour, and sometimes not..... People rushing wrapped in their big bright scarves; shops exploding with colour and sparkles, songs, wine, sumptuous aromas, candles and twinkly lights; and then it snows, and everything goes quiet, just for one second, everything is still and silent and it all stops. And, as quickly as it stopped it begins again. And, that is exactly as it should be. This is what winter is all about, contrast.
