Art for Black Lives Artist Residency

Open to Black Trans Visual Artists, Art for Black Lives' inaugural residency offers live/work space in Palm Springs, CA for August 2021, a $2000 unqualified artist stipend and three studio visits from curators and arts professionals from around Southern California. A resident will be selected by panel jury members Erin Christovale, Che Gossett, and Tavia Nyongo'o, Art for Black Lives co-founders Rob Franklin and Camila McHugh and art collector and resident host Will St. Amant.

What you get out of it: Live/work space, unqualified $2000 stipend, studio visits from 3 curators and arts professionals.
