1m x 1m Competition

Bowery in Headingley, Leeds wants to showcase the best emerging artistic talent. We are running a competition and would like to invite Artists to submit work. Each piece of work will fit within the confines of 1m x 1m, how you choose to fill it is up to you. it must be a 2d wall based piece, this could include painting, photography, illustrations and textiles. no sculptures, videos or anything exceeding the specified size please. all entrants will be short listed to 15 finalists. The finalist's work will make up the exhibition and will be shown between 15th april 2011 and 15th july 2011. from the selected finalists one overall winner will be chosen and will receive prize money of £500.
