Operating in the strange space between provincial beauty queen and performance artist, Victoria Melody IS Mrs. Brighton. Tonight she hosts an evening dedicated to and performed by women. Intelligent, feisty, at times a little demented, we raise our glasses to Pussy Riot and Dorothy Parker, Patti Smith and Emily Pankhurst.Supper Club is Brighton's most vibrant night of contemporary performance, poking its mischievous fingers into every atmospheric nook and cranny of The Basement. Tonight's rich concoction of experimental, eccentric and intoxicating performance includes Sabrina Mahfouz, Ultimate Dancer, Bunty and poetry from Lucy Ayrton. The evening will include our new Quickfire round - 15 smash'n'grab nuggets of fearless performance. Grab a drink and a tasty bite to eat at the bar then let the night unfold.
