NATURE is a personal project of Jessica Carlisle's, for which she has selected a small group of artists for whom the natural world and its phenomena are a strong source of inspiration and influence.
Their work is variously bold, humorous, inquisitive and moving. These artists have no explicit agenda; they are simply inspired by nature's mystery and beauty, its richness and complexity, its sheer strangeness. In its own way, each work helps us re-kindle that sense of awe and wonder for the natural world that should not be lost.
